4 Must Have Beauty Tools

I'm not being dramatic here, these four key beauty items are something I could never live without nor choose to. Here are a few of my favorite things:

My Favorite Beauty Tools

1. Extractor: I have no idea where I would be without this lifesaver! For those of you who don't know much about this item, it's in the name, it extracts. The small, thin look extracts blackheads, and the thicker, bigger loop is for pimples. Every weekend I steam my face after a mini facial, sit down with my magnifying mirror and extract any blackheads or pimples I may have, and it truly works like a charm. If you're uncertain on how to use an extractor, I highly suggest you have an Esthetician teach you, to ensure you aren't damaging your skin. You can pick one up at a local drugstore for around $10-15.

2. Spoon: I know you're thinking.... "what, why a spoon?" A spoon has many uses, aside from eating of course. If you're prone to getting "bags" under your eyes, throw two spoons in your freezer, after cleansing, place them under your eyes - it instantly de puffs skin. Another wonderful use is to decrease mess - when applying mascara on the lower lash, place the spoon underneath - viola! My favorite use for a spoon, aside from using it to eat is perfecting winged liner, when I want a perfect wing, I line the spoon up the corner of my eye and proceed with liquid liner, it hasn't failed once.

3. Beauty Blender: What was life before the Beauty Blender? A chaotic, cakey mess is exactly what it was. I'm a huge advocate for the Beauty Blender and the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge because they provide even, lightweight to full coverage but with a flawless finish. I love that these sponges truly do exactly what they say - they absorb any extra product to ensure a beautiful base. Whenever I use my Beauty Blender, my foundation never looks heavy, that's why I'll always be a big supporter of their beauty tool.

4. Eyelash Curler: I love my eyelash curler, especially on days when I decide not to put on mascara. I have very long eyelashes, and when I just curl them, I instantly look more awake and beautiful. I could never part with this oldie, but goodie.
