Haircare Products Worth Obsessing Over

Okay, lets get real here, I haven't washed my hair in five days now.... I know, I know, it sounds a little gross, but trust me....it isn't As a hairstylist, I promise, I knew what I was getting myself into, and just what I had in store (oil, frizz, an endless amount of dry shampoo) Lately, I've been obsessed with growing my hair out, and keeping it as healthy as possible. I've been taking Biotin like crazy, using hair masks weekly, and avoiding styling tools at all costs. In turn, my hair has definitely grown longer, and stronger in the past six months or so. I've been constantly on the hunt for new shampoo + conditioner duo's too. So far, I'm obsessed with Living Proof, and SheaMoisture products. I've noticed lately, the less I shampoo my hair, the better and healthier it feels. I've been shampooing my hair, at most: twice per week. How I can manage to get away with that is by using Dry Shampoo. Today I'm sharing two brands of dry shampoo I'm completely obsessing over.

Haircare Products Worth Obsessing Over

Dove Refresh + Care Detox & Purify Dry Shampoo

I absolutely love Dove products, everything from their body wash to their styling products. Everything is so hydrating and gentle on the skin I can't help but be a little obsessed. I first picked up this dry shampoo a few years ago at Target, it was about $3, super affordable so I had to get it. I believe I first tried the original dry shampoo, but all around, every scent has been incredible! I love this specific one because it smells fresh, but not too heavy. This dry shampoo is ridiculously affordable, and anyone can use it. This one I always keep in my gym bag, or in my purse for quick touch-ups when I'm running late. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative to a high end dry shampoo, this is it!

Drybar Detox Dry Shampoo

Firstly, I am OBSESSED with everything from Drybar! It's a haircare product line that smells absolutely incredible! I was first hooked on their products when they launched inside Sephora, and when I got a whiff of the scent, it instantly went into my basket. This dry shampoo is honestly hands down, the best dry shampoo I've ever used. It's a little pricy, at either $13 or $23 for the largest size. I went through two small bottles and then finally caved and bought the full size. Whenever I use this, my hair feels so much softer and touchable. Typically I'll use this product, then throw my hair in a messy bun, and as soon as I take it down I have insane volume and texture in my hair. If you're looking to splurge on a dry shampoo, I highly suggest trying Drybar!
