Fitness Motivation

Need a little motivation/inspiration to get moving? Here is it!

 

Remember your "Dream Body" You wont achieve the results you want from sitting around, snacking on Doritos, or complaining that your body just isn't what it used to be. You have a goal, a vision, a dream body in your mind, let that be your motivation.

 

You're going to look AMAZING After an intense core workout, my tummy always looks so much more toned and defined, that's why I endure a grueling ab workout. After I hit the gym I'm always left with a rosy flush in my cheeks and an angelic like glow. Now lets think of the results, once you see some sort of result from hitting the gym often, you'll be hooked. Why not let this be your reason why you hit the gym 3-4 times a week?

 

You'll feel better than ever Remember Endorphin's? You know that happy fitness drug you can never have too much of. Even if you're having an off day, or can't stop making EXCUSES why you SHOULDN'T go to the gym (Stop with the bullshit excuses you keep telling yourself) remember that there is no better anti depressant than exercise,it makes you look and feel incredible.


Whether you're a newbie, or lacking motivation to hit the gym, I hope these tips give you the push you're seeking. Working out isn't just for "meat heads" Everyone needs exercise to keep them healthy, no matter what weight, race, height, or age. I'm a firm believer that exercise is the best medicine and it is so crucial.  I look forward to my long, grueling workouts at the gym because of how great I feel afterwards. I love seeing results, and even though it may suck at first, I push through because I have set clear goals for myself. Like Nike says "Just Do It" your body will thank you. Just remember, the only way you'll see results is if you stay consistent.
