10 Easy Ways to Get Yourself Out of a Funk

Have you ever been in such a funk that you just can't seem to get out of? That was me just a few days ago, which definitely inspired this blog post! We all have those days where we can't seem to shake a sh*tty attitude. For me, it took a good LONG gym session spent running my heart out, singing along to some of my favorite songs, and indulging in a glass of wine. Sometimes when life gets to be too much, we need some downtime. Here are 10 of my full proof ways to get you out of that funk.

Do something for you, and only you!

Curl up in your comfiest clothes, and have quite time.

Watch your favorite tv show, but try not to binge!

Give yourself a pep talk and remind yourself that you are not your failures.

Listen to Beyonce - or whoever will make you feel good.

Hit the gym and stay there, until you've worked up a good sweat. 

Practice deep breathing somewhere quiet!

Cook yourself a nutritious, healthy meal and take great care of yourself in this moment.

Talk to your best friend, even better, meet up for coffee and let the vent sesh begin!

Put on an outfit that makes you feel beautiful, even if you have nowhere to go.
