Hello lovelies! Today I realized I could be doing so much more for myself. I don't know about you, but sometimes I forget to take time to slow down. Time seems to fly by when you have so much to get done. Today I decided to form a list of ten things we all should start doing right today, including all things health/self-care related. If we all make it a point to slow down and take the time to do something good for ourselves, we will feel that much better. Here are just a few things we all should do for ourselves.

  1. Set goals, big and small, and hold yourself accountable for them. 
  2. Make an effort to be with the ones you love, you only have so much time.
  3. Do what makes your soul happy, even if it's something scary.
  4. Spend more time in nature, immerse yourself in its natural beauty. 
  5. Always be honest with yourself, even if it's hard sometimes. 
  6. Do something that scares you, it will be a killer learning experience. 
  7. Make it a point to travel new places and try different style foods. 
  8. Talk to strangers, compliment them, or just say hello. 
  9. Exercise regularly, a good sweat session is the best form of therapy.
  10. Remind yourself just how far you've come and everything that you've accomplished.
